Winter in the North Country!

During the week of Dec. 8 our area received 15 inches of snow. We got hammered! The first 12 inches was wet, sloppy & heavy; could hardly move it! Later in the week the other 3 inches came in with a COLD wind; BRRRRR....... The temperature dropped to the mid-teens! And the wind blow around the snow into big drifts. Schools closed everywhere.

Our new HOOPHOUSE with stood the onsalught. See the picture above!

We are making plans for next year. Getting ready to order seed. Checking our bank balance account. Fixing tools. Making decisions.
